6 - 1.5lb packages of ground beef
 
Cuts:
All Steaks will be individually cut ranging - 1” 1/4 to 1” 3/4"
All Roasts will be individually cut ranging - 3-5lbs
All cuts will be frozen, individually cut and vacuum packed ready to serve!
 
High-Quality Beef aged for 3 - 4 weeks
